Dr. Melissa Tan Wee Ping is a Senior Consultant Dermatologist, Mohs surgeon, Dermatologic, and Laser surgeon. She specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, managing skin cancers, keloids, and scars, providing aesthetic treatments and skin rejuvenation, and treating general skin, hair, and nail diseases in adults and children.
Before setting up her practice, she was Chief of the Dermatologic Surgery and Laser Unit and the Skin Cancer Unit at the National Skin Centre (NSC). She is a highly experienced Mohs surgeon and has been performing Mohs micrographic surgery since 2010. In addition, Dr. Melissa Tan also performs dermatologic surgery and laser procedures for keloids, acne scars and other scars, birthmarks, moles, skin tumors, and pigmentation.
After graduating from the National University of Singapore (MBBS) in 2000, Dr. Melissa Tan completed her dermatology training at NSC. With a passion for skin cancers, she went through a dual fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery, advanced dermatologic surgery, and cutaneous lymphoma in 2009 at the renowned St John’s Institute of Dermatology, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, London.
