Dr. Sean Leo is an Orthopedic surgeon practicing at Farrer Park Hospital, Singapore. A graduate of Medicine from the National University of Singapore, Dr. Leo was part of the Singapore Armed Forces Medical Corp and served on many overseas and humanitarian medical missions overseas. This experience honed his skills in treating patients from the region.
Dr. Leo’s subspecialty is in the field of regeneration, repair, restoration and resurfacing of joint injuries. As with his previous position as team physician of the Gordon Rugby Football Club during the New South Wales Rugby Union League games held in Sydney, he understands the needs and requirements of professional athletes, providing clinical consultation and optimum treatment plans.
Dr. Leo is also passionate toward education. He devotes a portion of his time to train young medical doctors at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
Dr. Leo's specialty interests are arthroscopy, cartilage repair, computer guided surgery, knee/hip replacement, osteoporosis management and trauma surgery.
